Rosé: we presenteerden eerder al vijf van onze gekende favorieten.Nu proefden we enkele ons nog onbekende roséwijnen, samen met Testaankoop. De zomer komt eraan, de zon schijnt, er worden feesten en BBQ's georganiseerd, en dus... Enkele van de pareltjes hieronder zullen dat met vlag en wimpel opluisteren. En, ze reiken meestal verder dan alleen maar het aperitief!

helder zalmrood, glanzende spiegel  
To the eye:
clear salmon, shiny mirror  
Aan de neus:
aangename elegante neus met rijp rood fruit (framboos, kers) en een toets terroir 
At the nose:
 
pleasant elegant nose with ripe red fruit (raspberry, cherry) and a touch of woodland
In de mond:
heel sappige smaakaanzet met weer het rijpe rode fruit ingebed in fijne zuren en met een licht bittertje in de vrij lange afdronk

 very juicy onset with again ripe red fruit embedded in fine acid and with a light bitter touch in the fairly long finish >

anders dan de kleur laat verwachten: rijke rijpe neus met allerlei soorten klein rood fruit (van framboos tot bessen) en lichte kruidigheid 
At the nose:
 
whereas the hue does not create expectations, we get a wealthy nose of ripe small red fruit of many kinds (from raspberry to other berry types), slighlty spicy as well
In de mond:
sappige aanzet met weer dat rijp klein rood fruit, gedragen door goede zuren en een licht bittertje. Elegante lange afdronk 
In the mouth:
 juicy onset with again the different kinds of red berry fruit, on a bed of fine acid and with a light bitter touch in the long elegant finish >
Conclusie
Dat je ook van een druif als Carmener mooie rosé kan maken wordt hier voluit aangetoond: rijp rood fruit met breed smaakpalet, elegante zuren en mooi licht bittertje. Mooi werk van de De Martino familie! Grens A/A+		   Conclusion
Yes you can make a fine fruity rosé wine from such a thoroughbred grape as Carmener! Limit A/A+
