Voor het oog:
jeugdig kersenrood met paarse tint, traant behoorlijk
To the eye:
youthful cherry with purplish rim, shows legs
Aan de neus:
diepfruitige neus met donkere kers, braam- en bosbes, cassis, donkere pruim en ook aardse toets
At the nose:
deepfruity nose with dark cherry, blue- and blackberry, cassis, dark plums and earthy touch
In de mond:
even sappige diepfruitige aanzet met weer kers, braambes en peper, gedragen door frisse zuren en met presente maar ronde tannines; aangename lange fruitig-kruidige afdronk
In the mouth:
equally juicy deep fruity onset with again cherry, blackberry and pepper on a layer of good acid and round tannin; pleasant long fruity-spicy finish, slightly drying out
Conclusie
In al die jaren dat we hem proefden duidelijk de beste: diepfruitig, friszurig, zijdig. Ongelooflijk voor die prijs		   Conclusion
In all those years that we have tasted him on site and at home, this is truly the best Selection Cabernet: deep fruity, freshly acid, silky. Incredible for the price
Drink bij:
kan je op zich genieten, maar ook bij soliede stoofpotjes van rund of lam of zelfs haarwild en halfharde kazen
Drink with:
can be enjoyed on and by itself, yet also with solid beef or lamb stews or even hair game, and semihard cheeses
