VIŅA EMILIANA NOVAS SAUVIGNON BLANC 2009 - Chile - Colchagua
2009
Voor het oog:
zeer helder grijstonig bleekgeel, groene flits, glanzende spiegel
To the eye:
mooney-grey pale yellow, greenish reflection, shiny mirror
Aan de neus:
Eerst typisch Sauvignon Blanc: zongedroogd hooi, witte bloemen, citrus, kruiden. Verderop meer fruitig: peer en ananas en ook kalk
At the nose:
Typical Sauvignon Blanc at first: sunny hay, white flowers, citrus, spices. Yet further on more fruity: pear and pineapple and also chalk
In de mond:
Even rijk smaakpatroon met weer florale citrustonen plus exotisch fruit (ananas), ingepakt in heel frisse zuren; lange frisfruitige florale afdronk met een mooi stenig bittertje
In the mouth:
Equally wealthy palate, with again the floral citric tones plus exotic fruit (pineapple), packed in quite fres acid; long fresh fruity finish with a nice light chalky tone
Conclusie
Zoals ook bij de Adobereeks: een biowijn van topklasse die de Franse SB-kenmerken aanvult met exotisch fruit en kalksteen. Nu al "steengoed", wordt nog beter		   Conclusion
As with the Adobe series: top class biowine, ercomplementing the French SB-style with eotic fruit and chalky stone. Very good now, will even get bet
Drink bij:
Deze wijn is zo rijk van geur en smaak dat hij volkomen op zichzelf kan genoten worden. Eventueel bij asperges met gerookte zalm of op z'n Vlaams
Drink with:
The wine is so rich tht it should be enjoyed on and by itself. Eventually with asparragus with smoked salmon or with eggs, parsley and butter sauce

ADOBE EMILIANA CARMENER Vino Organico (bio) 2009 REVISITED - Chile - Valle Colchagua
2009
Voor het oog:
diep robijnrood met paarse rand; wijn kleurt nog steeds het glas na walsen
To the eye:
deep dark ruby with purplish reflections; lively colour tainting the glasss after shaking
Aan de neus:
opstuivend donkerrood fruit (voorop vlier, ook donkere pruim), zoethout, peper, donkere chocolade, licht gebrande koffie (geef hem lucht!)
At the nose:
Exuberant dark red fruit (first elderberry, also dark plums), black chocolate, dark violets, pepper, lightly toasted moccha (give it air!)
In de mond:
Zoals in de neus: Voorop het fruit (vlier, pruim, donkere kers) ingepakt in goed zuur peperige kruiden en soepele tannines in de lange zalige afdronk. Kalksteen in de retro
In the mouth:
As on the nose: Fruit is the first guest in the mouth (elderberry, dark cherry, plums) packed in fresh acid, southern spices, and supple tannin in the long succulent finish. Chalk in the retronasal phase
Conclusie
Ook bij herproef bevestigt deze bio Carmener zijn grote kwaliteiten van donkerrood fruit, goede zuren en kruidige tannines. Je merkt niet eens dat hij 14,5% Alcohol heeft! Grens A+/AA. Prachtig werk van Alvaro Espinoza.		   Conclusion
Adobe means handmade stone of clay, sand and organic materials. In wine terms: a synthesis of all dark red fruits of the earth amidst dark flowers, packed in fine acid and silky tannin. High alcohol (14,5%). Limit A+/AA. From master Alvaro Espinoza!
Drink bij:
we hadden hem bij Argentijnse steak met zuiderse kruiden en een sappig groentenmengsel: heel goed!
Drink with:
we had it with Argentinian steak with southern herbs and a juicy-spicy mix of vegetables: magnificent!
