helder frambozenrood, heel fijn en breed parelend, lang mousserend
To the eye:
clear lively raspberry hue, fine bubbles from a broad base, long foam
Aan de neus:
verleidelijke neus met vooral inderdaad framboos, rode bes, oude rozen en een mooie licht vegetale toets
At the nose:
seductive nose with indeed raspberry, redcurrant, old roses and a nice light veggy touch
In de mond:
rijke mousse met fijn rood fruit (framboos, bes) breed gevuld met ook een zekere kruidigheid ingepakt in erg frisse zuren en met een mooie fruitig-kruidige afdronk
In the mouth:
rich foam with fine small red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant), well-filled with also a spicy note, all this packed in refreshing acid and with a nice fruity-spicy finish
