To the eye:
concentrated ruby with brownish rim
Aan de neus:
een waaier van donkere fruitgeuren: braambes, bosaardbei, donkere rozijntjes en tegelijk ook terroir en lichte kruidigheid
At the nose:
a panoply of concentrated dark fruit: blackberry,wild strawberry, dark raisins and at the same time spices and terroir
In de mond:
geconcentreerd fruitige aanzet met ook donkere chocolade, ingebed in frisse zuren en met een licht kruidige toets in de lange fruitige afdronk
In the mouth:
concentrated fruity onset with also dark chocolate, embedded in fresh acid and with a light spicy touch in the long juicy finish
Conclusie
mooie met veel zorg gemaakte representant van de zoetrode wijntraditie van Maury - en dat tegen een redelijke prijs. Aarzeling A+/AA		   Conclusion

We hadden hem zowel als aperitief als bij chocolademousse (Noir de Noir), Shropshire blauwe kaas als bij kriekentaart. Telkens heel goed
Drink with:
We had it as aperitif and then also with chocolate mousse (of dark chocolate), Shropshire blue cheese and cherry cake: each time a success!
