Daar halen kenners de neus voor op. MAAR: er worden ook mooie primeurs gemaakt. Zoals de Novello van het beroemde huis Farnese in Italië. Lees en proef, want voor de prijs moet je het niet laten!

Voor het oog:
geconcentreerd robijnrood met paarse rand
To the eye:
concentrated ruby with purplish rim
Aan de neus:
gemacereerd vers rood fruit (framboos, pruim, vlier), viooltjes, snoepjes,en een aardse toets
At the nose:
macerated fresh red fruit (raspberry, plums, elderberry), violets, earthy touch
In de mond:
sappige roodfruitige aanzet met de typische snoepjessmaak, maar ook goed zuur en zachte tannine; elegante halflange afdronk
In the mouth:
juicy red fruity onset with the typical taste of sweets, but also good acid and soft tannin; elegant semilong finish
Conclusie
Een primeur die meer brengt dan alleen opstuivend gemacereerd fruit, want ook ingebed in goed zuur en een stevige donkerfruitige en licht floraal-kruidige smaak. Mooi voor die prijs!		   Conclusion
A "primeur wine" which brings more than only exuberant macerated fruit: embeeded in good acid and a solid darkfruity and lightly floral-spicy taste

We hadden hem bij tagliatelle met kruidige worst en tomatensaus: heel goed. Kan je natuurlijk ook als aperitiefwijn drinken
Drink with:
We had it with tagliatelle and spicy sausages and tomato sauce: very good! Can also be enjoyed as aperitif
