Voor het oog:
zeer helder citroen- tot goudgeel, mooie spiegel
To the eye:
very clear pale lemon-to-gold, nice mirror
Aan de neus:
combinatie van wit steenfruit (perzik) en exotisch fruit (mango), citrus, lichte eiktoets en zuurprikje
At the nose:
a combination of white (peach) and exotic fruit (mango), citrus, plus acid touch, smooth young oak
In de mond:
rijp geel steenfruit in de mond, van perzik tot mango, onderbouwd door de reeds geroken frisse zuren en zacht lichtgerookt hout. Mondvullend met een mooie fruit-zuurbalans in de halflange afdronk
In the mouth:
ripe yellow stone fruit in the mouth as well, soon complemented with very fresh acid and lightly smoked soft wood. Mouthfilling, refreshing and fruity semilong finish
Conclusie
Schoolvoorbeeld van wat een Australisch tophuis ook in het basispakket aan Chardonnay kan brengen. Beter dan de 2008. En dat voor een zeer redelijke prijs		   Conclusion
